Bob Brown
CEO
Bob is an accomplished, customer-driven senior technology executive with over 35 years of progressive management driving technology companies, brands, products, and services across storage management, network management, telecommunications, and cloud computing.
Bob is a computer vision expert. In addition to being the CEO of ProHawk, he is responsible for Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Services. Bob has served as Chief Executive Officer across a variety of technology industry companies, including Software CPA, BlackBall, InfiNet Software, and Ecritical.
Mr. Brown has also been a key executive and Vice President at Seagate Technology, Seagate Software, Arcada Software, Sterling Software, Mountain Network Solutions, and Emerald Systems Corporation. He has also served as President & Chief Operating Officer for Contigo Software. He has held numerous board director positions over his career including BlackBall, Hollywood CPR, eCritical, StorActive, Acrylis, Fusion Networks, Linmor Technologies, Contigo Software, and InfiNet Software
Brent Willis
COO
Brent stands out as a mission-oriented and purpose-driven leader who has built and led successful multibillion-dollar, major multinational companies around the world. Brent’s career, spanning integral leadership positions at companies including Kraft Heinz, Coca-Cola, and Anheuser-Busch InBev, has one constant – his enthusiasm for being an industry disrupter, building lasting foundations, and an unwavering commitment to serving others.
As a business leader with success spanning multiple industries, countries and business structures, Brent was most recently CEO for Vaya Space, the green rocket company that that utilizes more than 2M recycled thermoplastics per launch, produces thrust of over 600 kN, and carries payloads of over 1,000 kg to low earth orbit. He led the company to breakthrough technological achievement, its first successful launch, had its first patents issued and secured over $100 million in customer commitments, and recognized by the White House, and selected as a Global Ambassador by the Green Organisation, awarded at the House of Commons at Parliament.
Brent has been CEO and a senior executive for a number of public and private equity backed companies and was recognized as CEO Innovator of the Year in 2021. As President for The Coca– Cola Company in Latin America he led their largest turnaround in history going from 15% market share to over 75%. As Global Chief Commercial Officer for Anheuser-Busch InBev he developed and implemented the strategy and business plans that created the world’s largest beer company. He started in business at Kraft Heinz where he launched the Kraft Brand in China in addition to leading a number of brands and businesses around the world.
Brent began his career as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army in 1982. He served in various combat arms leadership capacities within the First Cavalry Division, and spearheaded numerous compartmentalized and top-secret initiatives, received numerous decorations to include two Meritorious Service Medals, two Army Commendation Medals, the Army Achievement Medal, and other awards before retiring as a Captain.
Dedicated to service through developing and supporting programs that create positive change, Brent started the Alianza Social in Latin America, an organization to combat poverty and other social issues. He led the creation of over 30,000 micro-empresas to help underprivileged families in the region, donated more than 1 million how to read books to combat illiteracy, and created alternative income opportunities versus the drug trade in Venezuela and Colombia. Brent was awarded the Presidential Medal of Exemplary Service for his efforts and was also voted an Outstanding Young Man of America and one of the Top CEOs in Latin America.
Brent received his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
Mike Miracle
Head of Marketing
Mike leads ProHawk marketing with a strong initial focus on strategic partners Dell and NVIDIA and on enabling channel partners. He has been a ProHawk advisory board member since 2018, and he is formerly the Chief Strategy Officer for Catalogic Software and CloudCasa, its new venture in Kubernetes application resilience.
Mike is a technology strategy, marketing, and operations leader focused on driving growth and exits. He has extensive experience in technology infrastructure including public clouds, Kubernetes and containers, server virtualization, storage, networking, and cybersecurity. He has built and led global marketing teams and operations, and strategic partnerships for multiple companies including Catalogic Software, BlackRidge Technology, and SevOne. As the head of corporate development at VERITAS Software during its high growth years under Mark Leslie, Mike led M&A, licensing and investments completing 11 acquisitions and 10 investments that propelled the company’s dramatic growth to $1.5B in revenue in 2001. Through Ridge Partners that he co-founded in 2002, Mike has consulted and advised over 30 high tech companies on strategy, operations, and corporate development.
He has held senior management and software development positions at AT&T Bell Labs, Unix Systems Labs, Novell, and HP, and held board positions at Blackball, Connected Corp, Evident Software, Neartek, NuView, and Precise Software, and numerous advisory board positions. Mike holds an MS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a BS in Computer Engineering from University of Wisconsin, and he completed the AT&T Leadership Development program.
Steve Weimer
Head of Finance
Steve is responsible for ProHawk’s financial processes and investor relations. He is an accomplished Financial/IT Audit, Risk, Compliance and Business Optimization leader with proven performance in driving risk-based control effectiveness, efficiencies and process transformation. His major accomplishments include key leadership roles in the Tyco International and Jackson Health System corporate turnarounds. He also was a key leader in developing corporate internal control processes as a precursor to the Sarbanes Oxley Act.
In addition to senior leadership roles at SunTrust Bank, Bank America and Vista Equity Partners, he served as Chief Audit Executive at Loan America Financial Corporation and Jackson Health System. He also served as Chief Compliance Officer at Tyco International and CentralSquare Technologies.
Steve is a Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Information Systems Auditor, and Chartered Bank Auditor. He has been honored with a Leadership Stetson award and served on Stetson University’s Disruptive Innovation Advisory Board.
