Meet our Board Members

Don Flanagan
Chairman of the Board

Don plays an active day-to-day role as Chairman of the Board for ProHawk. He is the former EVP of Worldwide Sales and Marketing for Seagate Software, and has over 45 years in computer storage and technology experience with an impressive track record selling to end-users, OEMs and through channel partners, worldwide.

Don was the leading force in the growth of Seagate Software’s sales and market dominance. In just over 4 years, he built Seagate Software’s Network and Storage Management Group sales and marketing team from 5 to over 300 and grew revenue to over $233 Million with an unprecedented 42% market share for Windows NT storage software. This growth lead to Seagate Software’s acquisition by VERITAS Software in 1999 for an impressive $3.1 Billion. Also during this time as head of sales at Seagate Software, Don turned around another division of Seagate Software, generating a combined annual income of more than $400 million, with 700 employees working with him in sales and marketing worldwide.

Don has an abundance of management experience both domestically and internationally, having been directly involved with 14 successful mergers, acquisitions, turnarounds, and startups in the technology industry. He has served on multiple technology boards in different capacities as well as Chairman for 2 of them. He lived in Europe for over 6 years, incliding 4.5 years running the European Division for a US based computer company, and 2-plus years with the United States Navy. His domestic and international travel and working experience have given him great insight into growing both domestic and global markets.

Don retired from day-to-day activity in the computer industry in 1999. Besides ProHawk, He is also a co-owner of an automotive-focused marketing company, and an investor in technology companies and real estate. Don served on active duty with the United States Navy from 1967 to 1971. He started in the industry with NCR after graduating from the University of Washington.

Bob Brown
CEO

Bob Brown is an accomplished, customer-driven senior technology executive with over 40 years of experience leading innovation across storage management, network management, telecommunications, and cloud computing. As President, CEO, and Board Member of ProHawk AI, Brown brings deep technical expertise and entrepreneurial leadership to the company’s mission to save lives by making the world a better and safer place.

A low-level systems software and computer vision expert, technology industry strategist, and visionary leader, Robert Brown is a proven builder of high-performing technology organizations. He oversees all aspects of ProHawk AI, driving a unified vision across Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, and every operational function. Passionate about solving real-world customer challenges, Brown brings relentless focus and executional intensity to everything the company delivers.

Under his leadership, ProHawk AI’s patented, pixel-level, AI-enabled computer vision technology has become a foundational component of the Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA, a Dell Validated Design Solution, and a cornerstone of HPE’s Unleash AI and Private Cloud AI (PCAI) initiatives co-developed with NVIDIA.

Before re-founding ProHawk AI, Brown served as Chief Executive Officer at Software CPA, BlackBall, InfiNet Software, and eCritical, and as President & Chief Operating Officer of Contigo Software. He has also held senior executive positions at Seagate Technology, Seagate Software, Arcada Software, Sterling Software, Mountain Network Solutions, and Emerald Systems Corporation, where he pioneered early advances in distributed storage and networked data systems.

Earlier in his career, Brown played a pivotal role in shaping the storage industry’s evolution as a founding board member of the Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA), helping define the open standards that unified global storage networking. His work at Emerald Systems included breaking the 32MB DOS barrier, creating the first NetWare Value-Added Disk Driver, and delivering the first Windows-based backup utility (EmSave)—later recognized by Microsoft executives for its usability and reliability.

Across his career, Brown has served on numerous boards, including BlackBall, Hollywood CPR, eCritical, StorActive, Acrylis, Fusion Networks, Linmor Technologies, Contigo Software, and InfiNet Software.

Brown’s leadership philosophy is rooted in teamwork, clarity, and vision. He often says,

Under his direction, ProHawk AI continues to redefine how industries see, interpret, and act on visual information — from the edge to cloud.

Ross Coffman
Member, Board of Directors

Ross Coffman is a retired Lieutenant General and senior technology transformation leader with more than three decades of experience guiding large-scale modernization initiatives, operational innovation, and advanced technology adoption across complex global organizations. He most recently served as Deputy Commanding General for Combat Development at United States Army Futures Command, where he helped shape the future of next-generation capabilities, robotics, autonomous systems, and data-driven operational concepts.

Throughout his distinguished military career, Ross led organizations responsible for integrating emerging technologies into real-world operational environments, managing large multidisciplinary teams, and driving mission-focused innovation at scale. His leadership spanned strategic planning, capability development, and the operational deployment of advanced systems designed to enhance situational awareness and decision-making in dynamic environments.

Ross brings to ProHawk AI deep expertise in edge computing, robotics, autonomous platforms, and the critical role of high-quality data in powering AI-driven decision systems. He is a strong advocate for responsible AI deployment, emphasizing that human judgment must remain central to critical, life-altering decisions. His perspective aligns closely with ProHawk AI’s mission to improve clarity at the edge and enable trusted AI outcomes through high-quality computer vision data.

As a member of the Board of Directors, Ross provides strategic guidance on public sector alignment, advanced technology adoption, and scaling ProHawk AI’s Computer Vision Management Systems (CVMS) platform. His experience in leading large-scale modernization efforts and integrating cutting-edge capabilities into mission-critical operations supports ProHawk AI’s continued growth across global markets.

Ross holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Centre College, an MBA from Embry Riddle University and was a National Security Fellow at Harvard. He has completed numerous advanced military and leadership programs and is widely recognized for his contributions to innovation, modernization, and technology-driven operational transformation.
