Bob Brown
CEO

Bob is an accomplished, customer-driven senior technology executive with over 35 years of progressive management driving technology companies, brands, products, and services across storage management, network management, telecommunications, and cloud computing.

Bob is responsible for Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Services. Bob has served as Chief Executive Officer across a variety of technology industry companies, including Software CPA, BlackBall, InfiNet Software, and Ecritical.

Mr. Brown has also been a key executive and Vice President at Seagate Technology, Seagate Software, Arcada Software, Sterling Software, Mountain Network Solutions, and Emerald Systems Corporation. He has also served as President & Chief Operating Officer for Contigo Software. He has held numerous board director positions over his career including BlackBall, Hollywood CPR, eCritical, StorActive, Acrylis, Fusion Networks, Linmor Technologies, Contigo Software, and InfiNet Software

Don Flanagan
Chairman of the Board

Flanagan is the former Executive Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing for Seagate Software.  He started in the industry with NCR after graduating from the University of Washington. Don has over 45 years in computer storage and technology experience with an impressive track record selling to end-users, OEM’s and through channel partners, both domestically and internationally. He was the leading force in the growth of Seagate Software’s sales and market dominance.  In just over four years, under his leadership, Seagate Software’s Network and Storage Management Group (NSMG) grew revenue to over $233 Million and secured an unprecedented 42% market share in the Windows NT storage software market.  In this start-up business, Flanagan built the NSMG sales and marketing team from five to over three hundred covering the globe.  His sales and marketing direction gave Seagate Software an impressive $3.1 Billion price tag at the closing of its acquisition by VERITAS Software in 1999.  During this time, as head of sales for NSMG at Seagate Software, Flanagan was also tasked with doing a turnaround on another division of Seagate Software, generating a combined annual income of more than $400 million, with 700 employees working with him in sales and marketing worldwide.

Mr. Flanagan has an abundance of management experience both domestically and internationally, having been directly involved with fourteen successful mergers, acquisitions, turnarounds, and startups in the technology industry. He has served on multiple technology boards in different capacities as well as Chairman of the board for two. He lived in Europe for over six years: four and half years running the European Division for a US based computer company, and two-plus years with the United States Navy. His domestic and international travel and working experience have given him great insight into growing both domestic and global markets.

Flanagan retired from day-to-day activity in the computer industry in 1999, but served as Chairman of the Board of a software storage company in Marina del Rey, which was also sold. He currently plays an active day-to-day role as Chairman of the Board for ProHawk Technology Group and directs their sales efforts. ProHawk is the first true and only real-time video restoration solution taking advantage of Computer Vision and AI through company-owned patented algorithms. Flanagan is also a co-owner of an automotive-focused marketing company, an investor in technology companies, and real estate.

Flanagan served on active duty with the United States Navy from 1967 to 1971.

Dan Spiner

Dan is an experienced coach, board member, investor, and adventurer. Dan loves the day when a round of funding is completed. New funding from relevant investors breathes new energy and invigorates founders. He is experienced at guiding start-ups through the many tasks involved on a path to success. As an experienced entrepreneur, Dan enjoys seeing companies grow and deliver results to create shareholder value. Deeply experienced in sales and marketing, Dan maintains a forward-looking frame of mind and always has the exit event in mind. He has been involved in product testing, development, funding, runway management, IP management, startup basics, contract negotiations, B to C and B to B sales strategies, all while setting reasonable expectations. He is well-traveled and adventurous with sailing, skiing, biking, and climbing passions to provide a balance to the many business activities.
