Bob Brown
Chief Executive Officer
Bob Brown is an accomplished, customer-driven senior technology executive with over 40 years of experience leading innovation across storage management, network management, telecommunications, and cloud computing. As President, CEO, and Board Member of ProHawk AI, Brown brings deep technical expertise and entrepreneurial leadership to the company’s mission to save lives by making the world a better and safer place.
A low-level systems software and computer vision expert, technology industry strategist, and visionary leader, Robert Brown is a proven builder of high-performing technology organizations. He oversees all aspects of ProHawk AI, driving a unified vision across Product Management, Product Marketing, Engineering, and every operational function. Passionate about solving real-world customer challenges, Brown brings relentless focus and executional intensity to everything the company delivers.
Under his leadership, ProHawk AI’s patented, pixel-level, AI-enabled computer vision technology has become a foundational component of the Dell AI Factory with NVIDIA, a Dell Validated Design Solution, and a cornerstone of HPE’s Unleash AI and Private Cloud AI (PCAI) initiatives co-developed with NVIDIA.
Before re-founding ProHawk AI, Brown served as Chief Executive Officer at Software CPA, BlackBall, InfiNet Software, and eCritical, and as President & Chief Operating Officer of Contigo Software. He has also held senior executive positions at Seagate Technology, Seagate Software, Arcada Software, Sterling Software, Mountain Network Solutions, and Emerald Systems Corporation, where he pioneered early advances in distributed storage and networked data systems.
Earlier in his career, Brown played a pivotal role in shaping the storage industry’s evolution as a founding board member of the Storage Networking Industry Association (SNIA), helping define the open standards that unified global storage networking. His work at Emerald Systems included breaking the 32MB DOS barrier, creating the first NetWare Value-Added Disk Driver, and delivering the first Windows-based backup utility (EmSave)—later recognized by Microsoft executives for its usability and reliability.
Across his career, Brown has served on numerous boards, including BlackBall, Hollywood CPR, eCritical, StorActive, Acrylis, Fusion Networks, Linmor Technologies, Contigo Software, and InfiNet Software.
Brown’s leadership philosophy is rooted in teamwork, clarity, and vision. He often says,

Under his direction, ProHawk AI continues to redefine how industries see, interpret, and act on visual information — from the edge to cloud.
Brent Willis
Chief Operating Officer
Brent is a mission-oriented and purpose-driven leader who has built and led successful multibillion-dollar companies around the world. His career constants spanning leadership positions at Kraft Heinz, Coca-Cola, and Anheuser-Busch InBev are his enthusiasm for being an industry disrupter, building lasting foundations, and an unwavering commitment to serving others. Brent was recently CEO for Vaya Space, the green rocket company that that utilizes more than 2M recycled thermoplastics per launch and carries payloads of over 1,000 kg to low earth orbit. He led the company to first successful launch, first patents issued and over $100M in customer commitments. Brent was selected as a Global Ambassador by the Green Organisation.
As a CEO and a senior executive for public and private companies, Brent and was recognized as CEO Innovator of the Year in 2021. As president for The Coca- Cola Company in Latin America, he led their largest turnaround, going from 15% market share to over 75%. As Global Chief Commercial Officer for InBev he developed and implemented the strategy and business plans that created the world’s largest beer company. He started in business at Kraft Heinz where he launched the Kraft brand in China.
Dedicated to service through developing and supporting programs that create positive change, Brent started the Alianza Social in Latin America to combat poverty and other social issues. He led the creation of over 30,000 micro-empresas to help underprivileged familie, donated more than 1 million how to read books, and created alternative income opportunities versus the drug trade in Venezuela and Colombia. Brent was awarded the Presidential Medal of Exemplary Service, and voted an Outstanding Young Man of America and one of the Top CEOs in Latin America.
Brent began his career as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army, where he served in various combat arms leadership roles within the First Cavalry Division. He spearheaded numerous top-secret initiatives, received two Meritorious Service Medals, two Army Commendation Medals, the Army Achievement Medal, and other awards before retiring as a Captain. Brent received his BS in Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy and an MBA from University of Chicago.
Steve Soto
Chief Technology Officer
Steve Soto is the Chief Technology Officer at ProHawk AI, where he leads the company’s technology strategy, engineering organization, and product delivery across the full software development lifecycle. At ProHawk AI, Steve is focused on advancing real-time AI-enabled computer vision solutions that restore and enhance video quality under extreme environmental and lighting conditions, delivering clarity and actionable intelligence for safety, security, transportation, healthcare, and industrial applications.
ProHawk AI is known for its patented pixel-by-pixel computer vision technology that transforms degraded visual data into high-fidelity imagery, powering downstream analytics, detection, and decision-making across edge, hybrid, and cloud environments. The company’s solutions integrate seamlessly with existing video management systems and hardware platforms such as NVIDIA GPUs, enabling real-time restoration and analytics in conditions such as fog, rain, snow, glare, and low light.
Steve brings extensive experience leading engineering and IT teams through growth, transformation, and operational scaling. In his prior executive roles, he built and led high-performance technical and support organizations, established engineering governance, and delivered enterprise-grade systems across complex environments. His work emphasizes disciplined execution, end-to-end SDLC ownership, and strategic alignment between product vision and business outcomes. Steve’s leadership approach balances operational rigor with innovation, empowering engineers to translate ambitious AI visions into scalable, reliable platforms. This has included defining roadmaps, prioritizing investments, and overseeing large engineering teams responsible for product development, cloud infrastructure, data integration, and cybersecurity.
Throughout his career, Steve has built frameworks for delivering value rapidly while maintaining quality and reliability. He focuses on creating collaborative engineering cultures, continuous improvement practices, and strong cross-functional partnerships that accelerate learning and delivery. His experience spans startups and growth-stage organizations, where he led initiatives across distributed teams, vendor ecosystems, and multi-platform environments.
At ProHawk AI, Steve is committed to realizing the full potential of AI-driven vision systems by ensuring the company’s technology scales with performance and reliability in real-world conditions. He believes that stronger, clearer visual data is foundational to trustable AI systems, and that empowering both humans and machines to “see more and know sooner” will unlock new levels of operational intelligence across industries.
Steve Weimer
Head of Finance
Steve is responsible for ProHawk’s financial processes and investor relations. He is an accomplished Financial/IT Audit, Risk, Compliance and Business Optimization leader with proven performance in driving risk-based control effectiveness, efficiencies and process transformation. His major accomplishments include key leadership roles in the Tyco International and Jackson Health System corporate turnarounds. He also was a key leader in developing corporate internal control processes as a precursor to the Sarbanes Oxley Act.
In addition to senior leadership roles at SunTrust Bank, Bank America and Vista Equity Partners, he served as Chief Audit Executive at Loan America Financial Corporation and Jackson Health System. He also served as Chief Compliance Officer at Tyco International and CentralSquare Technologies.
Steve is a Certified Internal Auditor, Certified Information Systems Auditor, and Chartered Bank Auditor. He has been honored with a Leadership Stetson award and served on Stetson University’s Disruptive Innovation Advisory Board.
